I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programs.

I use a hybrid training approach that combines proven strength work, muscle-building principles, conditioning, and mobility — all customized to the individual.

Training may include:

  • Progressive strength training
  • Targeted hypertrophy for visible muscle development
  • Conditioning that supports fat loss and recovery
  • Core, posture, and mobility work
  • Athletic and functional movements to keep training engaging
